Okay, so, I know I was at the Sweet Valley Shore. We were going to be lifeguards for the summer. I was ready to make my tan even darker. I really don't know how I ended up on this island. I have never been this far away from Elizabeth....

Well, apparently there's a beach here. Maybe you can lifeguard there.

I guess that'll have to do. I was looking forward to it. I grew up in California, so I'm definitely a beach girl.

I'm from Chicago. We have beaches, but if you swim in that water you're likely to grow a third head. So yeah, I haven't gone swimming much.

That's nice of you. But I was hurt really badly a few months ago, and I'm still using a cane. Hopefully I'll be better soon, though, and able to learn.
