Hello. My name is Marta Shearing. I'm a doctor, as Dr. Banner already made the announcement. I will be handling the pregnancy check ups until further notice. As well as any necessary home visits. Please contact me if you need anything that can't be handled at the clinic.

I would like to set up appointments for all of the pregnant women on the island. There are some files in the hospital but they don't seem to be complete. If you could contact me as soon as possible, I'd like to do well checks for all of you, as well as ultrasounds to see how well the baby is developing and the like.

Thank you all for your time.

I am quite capable in this field, yes. Though it does seem that there isn't a doctor on the island that is actually an obstetrician. Were you this tough on them before I arrived?

Doctor Watson wasn't an obstetrician no, but he did have practical experience under adverse conditions. I was worried that your experience was confined to the laboratory, its good to know that isn't the case. I'd still rather we had a midwife on the island
