Oh my goodness, why did no one tell me that I have a soundtrack? This is so terribly exciting! I've never even heard anything like this before!

It does? I've never really heard anything in this style before. I think I like it.

Yeah, its music you dance to in clubs, or anywhere I suppose but especially there. I'm sure you can find plenty more where that came from.

I'm Izzy by the way.

I see. It's not like the music we would dance to in clubs, or anywhere. Yes, I'm discovering all sorts of music now.

Lovely to meet you, Izzy. I'm Jay Gatsby.

A pleasure to meet you Jay. If you're the Gatsby of the book, then yes I'd imagine you are.

Yes, I'm that Gatsby. You've read it? Mr Fitzgerald is around somewhere, as well. And so is Nick Carraway.

I have! It was required reading in my High School English class my junior year and I've read it a few times since. For what it's worth I think Daisy was a fool to let you go.

Really? That must be different, meeting the man who 'wrote' your life in an alternate demension, it would throw me for a loop I know.

I find it so strange that it is read in schools. Oh, that's very kind of you to say. Thank you.

Yes, it did throw me into a bit of an existential crisis for a few days. Truthfully, I think it was more disturbing for him than it was for me.

I'm sure.

Will you be at the beach party this evening?

Yes. I'll be the blond in the white bikini and dyed sarong skirt.

See you there!
