Ah, I can definitely see how that might help then. I used to go to the gym but not sure I'd actually be able to do anything right now.

Of the gym? It's um, well its a building set up for exercise, with different machines and equipment to help.

Relatively I guess it would be considered modern, yeah. Distraction mostly, and it just, feels good, like a release of sorts.
