Greetings and salutations to all citizens of the island!

In the face of several changes to our situation here on the island, I thought it would be wise to post another invitation to the ball that we will be holding at Vinyamar on June 8th.

If Mr. Stark cannot restart the power, the ball will still be held - we have no need for electricity, and by then we should all be needing a little bit of fun. As my husband has stated, we will escort those who find it too difficult to make the mountains alone, or my granddaughter's husband will sail you to our home. So do not let your particular disabilities or weaknesses talk you out of coming!

Also! There is another reason to celebrate. As some of you may know, a few days ago, Ñolofinwë, the High King of my people, arrived on the island. Although he was close to death, the Valar have sent us their grace and he has been healed. This party will then be in honor of Andreth and Aikanáro, as originally I said, yet also in celebration of the arrival of our dear King.

I know I last spoke with several musicians who were interested in performing - may I speak with you again? I should like you to come to Vinyamar and see our ball room, so you may know what will be necessary for the acoustics of your performance. Also, I should like to hear your music so that I may deem it appropriate.

Please! Feel free to ask me anything you need to know. I wish for this to be a time of joy and celebration for all.

	That's alright, we grew up in The Depression, we're used to meals without them. Well, if the spire hasn't fixed things by then, I can't eat blueberries but I don't know if we actually have those here. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
