There is a fog on the sea tonight; and it is cold.

I wonder if I shall sleep at all. It is lonely out here when I cannot see the stars, and the fog closes in around me.

You go to the sea every day. Every day I wake up and you're gone! And you did not even tell me where you had gone or when you would be back the day you found your silly boat! I waited for you and you could not spare a second to say you would not return for the morning meal.

And every day since you have been on it! You do not even care that Eärendil wants you! Or that he has started learning how to fight. It should be you teaching him but instead it is my uncle. Because you are too busy on your boat with your parties and the mermaid.

Go! Stay on the sea then, you love it so much and since we seem to inconvenience you. Do not tell me I do not care. I am letting you do what you want!
