No choice? I did not seek you out. I didn't make myself known to you in order to fight with you. I resided here quietly, I made no quarrel with anyone and now you have turned up out of nowhere and you think you have the right to stir this up again?

Do you know how long I have been gone, Thor? Do you know how long it has been for me since New York? A year. Do you know what has happened in this year? No, you don't. You make wild presumptions as you usually do. You don't wait to ask me. Or anyone else for that matter.

Loki, brother, I am glad to see you here as well. I am always glad. And I have mourned deeply for all your shortcomings. I will always love you, brother, and always remember how we played as children, before such dark times intervened.

But I cannot ignore that the dark times have happened, no matter how much I may wish it.

Are you sorry for them? Tell me at least that.
