Hey Islanders.

My name's Blaine Anderson, I just sort of arrived here yesterday, and I don't know if it's customary to introduce yourself on arrival, but hey! Got to be better than just wandering around not knowing anyone.

And hey, it's so weird that this thing has like loads of weird little pictures of me that I didn't even know existed.

Umm- so, I'm a senior from western Ohio. I love singing, boxing, and college football.

	It's nice. I like it. People here- well, a lot of them are coming from stressful situations into another one. I think the fact that you're taking it so well makes them a little nervous. But ignore them. They're just jealous. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Well I'm glad you like it.

I see. I can't say my situation was that stressful, beyond the usual angsts and romantic dramas of a high school senior. And nothing like this has ever happened to me before, and it's really weird and I probably should be freaked out. But it's probably not going to help anyone if I freak out about it. I don't mean to make anyone nervous with it!

	Oh, hey, come on- it's all in the mind! I'll try my best to bring a fresh breath of youth through the island, though! See if I can get some of the older crowd up and dancing. No, I'm not going to.
