	Absolutely, I'd never want to keep it from anyone who wanted to use the space, sorry if it seemed that way.. I'd never damage the space, there are plenty of run down buildings here, we don't need anymore. I may try and contact him, thank you for the information. I'm kind of new at this sort of thing. 	No, it didn't seem that way, just good to make things clear from the beginning so there's no confusion. Good to know, though. Ah, well he's an old hand at it, and seems to enjoy it, so there's that.
