[Filtered to ladies, but away from Lothíriel]
It has come to my attention that my daughter Lothíriel is lonely and without companion in this place. She's very used to a constant, conversational partner. I fear she may become despondent and hopeless should she be left alone.

Given I am her father she is reluctant to speak with me of matters that concern her and truly, I think she would be more receptive to a companion her age and sex.

And so I reach out to you, ladies, if you might speak with her as a friend. She's with child and thus very delicate at the moment and requires a care I am currently unable to provide beyond providing basic necessities for survival.

Thank you.

She could, yes. I believe this child is also her first. It would be good for the two of you to learn together, perhaps. Rearing in good circumstances is difficult, I cannot imagine what you must do here.

My twin arrived a month or so after I did, though here she's six years older than me. This place can make you crazy if you think too much about it.

Anyway, she's a doctor, a healer in your terminology I think, and I've got her to rely on plus several friends who have volunteered to help. I don't think it will be easy, but none of us are truly on our own here unless we make ourselves that way.

Aye, I hear you. I'd hate to consider my sister coming. I mourned her death years ago.

I am glad to hear it, though. It's my hope you're well and prepared now. I know of no twins who were held all nine months.

she was dead for me too

They do tend to come early, but my mom carried my sister and I two weeks over. Never let us forget it either.

Things are mostly ready to go except a few small things here and there, but the basics are all in place.
