And do you mind if I trash the place? Because my previous wo landlords didn't. Even if the first place got reduced to rubble before he could check it out. Which wasn't my fault - Boston IS nothing but fucking ruins these days and I got shot luke three times when I was trying to help people to get out of there, man.
