Purim starts tomorrow. There are many fun traditions for this holiday. Some of you may remember Mr. Gatsby's Purim parties on the island.

I will be celebrating the smaller traditions with my family. One of which is mishloach manot, the giving of gifts of food. Another custom is for children (and adults if the choose) to wear costumes.

Would anyone like a gift basket of food? My daughters will deliver them in costumes tomorrow. Sort of like a reverse trick-or-treat.

	It is. Traditionally, we would give to those most in need so they would have something to eat on their Purim Seudah. That's the meal. And we give to members of our community. No gift is needed in return. Just that people enjoy the gifts. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
