	I have, yes. I was much less calm about it the first time. Personally, I consider it easier than the bodyswap. I find the bodyswap too invasive and personal. There is a lot of pressure not to damage the other person's body in any way, too. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	Hopefully you won't need them, but if it gets to be that time of the month, heat sources are great for against your back and/or stomach. And chocolate helps. Cookies as well.
