I realize that, and I realize this is probably something you don't want to hear but... Try to sit back, relax and try to calm down. The more stressed you are, the more stressed the kiddo is going to be, and the harder this is going to be. ~~probably~~ When a contraction comes around grab something you can squeeze and then squeeze the life out of it. Above all else remember to breath. Think meditation like breathing.
