While I am thankful for peace, I find I am restless. I had hoped that the more time I spent here, the more I would grow accustomed to life here on the station, and yet I cannot help but long for more adventure. I miss the smell of the sea, the ocean winds at my back. I miss the songs sang on my ship, and I miss the drunken dancing when we dropped anchor.

I suppose until something comes along, would anyone fancy meeting me for a few drinks down at Bryn's bar?

I can personally attest that you need no dropped anchor to drunkenly dance, Eddie. Or a ship to sing on.

Absolutely. I wouldn't dream of making you drink alone, we will see about the dancing. I don't know if your rigaudon is up to snuff.

Of course I can, I'm an accomplished gentleman after all. Quite adept on my feet, or so said Her Majesty. Then again, she was German and I've never seen a German dance who didn't look as if they weren't being puppetted by a very large and uncomfortable stick. So who can rightly say?

Yesm Red is the nice Red Haired Dragon Lady that helped Dean when Dean got here. Red is very nice, Red will the way to the bar!

There might have been something that I had meant to give you on the days of Yule, and only just now found, that might help with at least one of those missed things. And I absolutely have to watch you dance with Jacob. Especially if you're both drunk.

It's a bottle of sand and sea water that I collected around the tenth century, when I left Norway. It doesn't smell like the Caribbean, but it still smells strongly of the sea.
