I have bad dreams too. My pop and my boyfriend help me with them. And so do my pets.

Do you have someone you can talk to? Or a pet to keep you company?

Frakas is the black and white one watching them. Rafiya is the one that looks like a kitten. She's magical, she'll be a kitten for a long time. The other one is Mari.

She's magic in that she'll live a lot longer than regular cats. I got her through a door.

There are special doors here and sometimes they lead to other places. Don't go through them on your own, get a grown-up to go with you.

If you'd like, I've got something that might help. It's a plant, but it's special, and magic.

Most of the time, it's little and glows in the dark, but if you tickle it's leaves just right it'll grow big. Really big. Big enough that you could hide inside of it and it'll protect you.

It is pretty cool. And the best part is that it will only go small again, if you tickle it in that just right way. So if you only show people who aren't scary how to do it, then no one scary can get in and see you.
