Can someone tell me what is going on? Where is the island? Where are all the people? My family and friends are missing from my contact list.

	Oh no, I doubt Loki even knows about that stuff. Earth has stopped worshiping them as Gods, for the most part. It's hard to know and care about a people who've forgotten you. But don't you find it fishy that the Mayor of New York survived that attack? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Your parents are the reason you don't know about your heritage. As if it was some shameful secret to hide away. But without the link of prayer, they all but forgot about the mortal world. And all the mortals they had once known were long dead.

I am sorry you have no one here, or feel that you do.

You were one of the first people that really befriended me, when I came to the island. I'm on your side, I just don't want your vision to be tainted by horrible things on Google. Especially against people who love you very much.

I know they hid it from me but they won't do anything to hurt me. They are my parents. Mum made me birthday cakes and took me to dancing lessons. Why would she do any of this if she doesn't want me?

But where do I get an objective opinion from then? If I talk to them, they will just try to convince me they are the good ones. Or they won't care. Loki hasn't even talked to me.

Did you want those dancing lessons? Did you want to know why you were different from them, from your "brothers"? I've seen freak written from your fingertips a few times, why is it you feel you are a freak? Because you aren't. You are one of the most kind, beautiful, and intelligent young women that I've ever had the privilege to know.

I suppose you have to make it up yourself, but you must have all the information, instead of the onesided of the internet. And they care. More than that, they love. If I am never sure of anything else in my entire life, and it is a very long one, it is the fact that your real parents love you.

Loki and your Uncle are off on a very important quest in Nepal. So important that they are not checking their phones or the network, so they would not see. But. An important message can be put through to him, to contact you, if that's what you want.

	I don't know. But overall I can't tell a strong connection to emotions. It just happens. The doctors compared it to epilepsy. My body kind of just wants to freeze over and I start shaking. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

You were, the island did not change you. But if you were warm before your first episode, your body could have changed, evolved. I don't know why you did personally when you did, but some creatures do not gain their abilities until they are adolescence. I don't think your father did because he was full blooded. But you being something different... Well it would be difficult to say without bearing witness.
