Hello, JR Sully. I am Lyla. You are Dr Sarah Sully's currently-female brother, and so I think it would be okay for me to suggest some things to help deal with fatigue.

If you slice up a raw potato and let the slices sit in a glass of water overnight, you should then drink the water in the morning as it will be an excellent source of Potassium. Low Potassium levels can cause fatigue, weakness, nausea etc.
Vitamins B12 and C will help to counteract fatigue. B12 can be found in foods such as meat, fish, eggs and dairy produce. Vitamin C can be found in most fruits and vegetables. I have a large range of fruit teas for Dr. Sarah Sully to drink when she is in the lab, so if you wished to use some of those in order to boost your vitamin C intake, I don't think she would mind. Rosehip tea is especially good, as rosehips contain twice as much vitamin C as an orange.
You should consider taking folic acid supplements as well, even if you are not pregnant, and consider being tested for anemia if you are finding it hard to breathe or are dizzy at times.
