I thought, instead of going crazy and pacing around in the med bay and driving everyone crazy right along with me. I would offer dancing lessons again.

I won't be dancing much, I've just hit my second trimester, but I can instruct.

I can teach most forms of ballroom dancing. If you want to learn it I can probably teach it.

Yes they did. I understand that part. Someone even mentioned something about dramatizations.

Yes, there are those. They probably exist in most of the other universes outside of yours. And they start with 'A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...'.

And I'm almost sure most of the earthlings have seen at least some of the dramatizations.

Huh. Well that's one way to open a story I suppose.

Never had much time for stories.

That's were I get the ... what I was calling you. But I should stop, that's not nice. And while I have never claimed to be a nice person, I do have manners. I'm Maryanne.

They're good for trying not to go crazy while you're waiting for something to happen. Or not to happen.

And I'm Cassian, but you knew that already. If you don't mean it as an insult I don't mind. Everyone is from somewhere, even if it's some backwater like Jakku or Tattooine.

I understand that feeling very well. It's not a pleasant thing, waiting in these sorts of situations. I hope he pulls through.

I wouldn't call Earth backwater. At least, not the whole planet. She's just... 'Special'. And we haven't reached outside our solar system yet. It's a pleasure to meet you Cassian.

Thank you. He's got some of the best minds working on it.

I'd never been to a world that couldn't get beyond it's nearest moon before, but New York was nice.

Good.
