I'm feeling a bit restless without the Ruby or the diner. I'd like to set up something similar here. Nothing fancy, just a place where I could cook for people and everyone could gather. I'd need a kitchen, tables, chairs, you know the usual. I suppose I could use an apartment but I was hoping for something a little easier for socializing. Have any of you been exploring and found any spaces that could work?
