Nothing like three two year olds, and a four year old singing Hi Ho, as they protest sleep.

I think we'd find four little mudbabies instead of farm hands.

I dunno, most of them are my kids, if they take after me at all and are offered bed or work, bed will usually win. Especially if a mommy bedtime story is involved.

Oh but Daddy. Someday her prince will come! I think I'm broken.

Here I figured you would be a 'not until she's 30' sort of daddy.

That's good. He was running around quite a bit today. I think the pony part of him is starting to really kick in.

I think so too. He enjoyed Zootopia a whole lot, said he wants to be a fox, since Mommy was a pony, and Winona was a dog, he wanted to be a fox.

I feel the sudden need to get him a fox costume now.

According to my oldest siblings, my encouraging my younger siblings to wake them with a loud rendition of "Hakuna Matata" was a one of kind experience too.

Sounds like fun.

I thought twins and a slightly younger one was hard enough. Wrangling my sister's three is tricky...even if they didn't have the Force, it would be...I have to give you a lot of respect looking after four of them.

I have six young ones, all under five. But two were out either the second we got home, or on our way home. One would sleep through a marching band running through his room, I'm sure of it, the other... Well she can't hear them carrying on.

But it is fun. I'm glad they enjoyed the movies.

Wow, that definitely earns my respect. I have had to wrangle a group of young students like that a few times...young kids have a lot of energy, that's for sure.

[He picks up on what she said about one not being able to hear it.] Is the one deaf? I'm sorry to hear that. Although it certainly needn't be an impediment.

Fortunately I'm not on my own. I have my two husbands, and my wife, and between us we manage to get everyone properly fed, reasonably dressed for the nudist stage, and usually clean.

She'll be a year old next month, but already she knows the sign for milk, so she's definitely on a good path.

That sounds like a nontraditonal setup for sure. I'm not one to judge, though. There's a lot out there, and we can't always consider our views and culture to be the only right one.

[He knows that a lot of races have different family structures and things like that, and he supposes it's not unheard of for one species to have differences among populations. He can't even be sure she's human.]

Glad it keeps the kids happy.

She sounds like a smart one.

What was tough for me is that most of my family has...well, special abilities. And when there are three of them who don't know how to control their abilities just yet and have figured out how to use them to get things they want...it's a challenge. Even the communication's not exactly typical at times.

[They were always trying to grab things with the Force or throw things with it, and they were far too interested in mommy's and uncle Luke's lightsabers sometimes. Plus they knew how to communicate mentally. Not always words, but pictures and emotions. It could get very interesting watching them.

Fortunately, they're older now. Independent teens with a double dose of stubborn and adventurousness from both parents, but it's still not too bad.

Either way, I'm still glad I only have one. He's enough of a handful sometimes. You're lucky that it sounds like everyone's here. I miss my wife and son very much.
