I want to do something to honour Daniel and Max. I miss them both very much already.

One of my favourite dates with Daniel was when we went through a door and helped feed residents of a homeless shelter. Is there a door still open? Does anyone know if there would there be a shelter or a soup kitchen, or something similar where I could volunteer?

For Max, I was thinking of adding a special dish to the menu at the Ruby, and the lunch menu at the diner too if no one objects. Maybe one of her cupcake recipes.

For now, I won't be in the Ruby as often as I normally am, and there may be a buffet instead of service.

	That is probably a good thing. Yes, that is a good idea. Volunteering is a good use of these doors also, perhaps even the purpose. To offer something to others there. Do you know how America is feeling about Russians in 1919? My future-history is no good and I know not what side who was on in this world war they speak of. (Reply to this) (Parent)

	There's an orphanage that you could help out at as well. It's attached to a Catholic Church but the nuns are great and take whatever help they can get. (Reply to this) (Thread)
