Okay so... two things.

One, the Diner formerly known as Maryanne's Vittles, is now Southern Bel's and is now finished and in working order. You'll notice a huge difference in the place, it looks more like the front porch you'd see on a Cedar sided farmhouse. And while everything looks all rough and splintery I assure you everything is sealed and sanded. My boys have tested it, and it has the 'look mommy I can take my own diaper off and run around naked' soft butt approval. I'm hoping it will seem much more homey and less like the cold 50s diner.

And yes, I know I spelled Belles wrong. I did it on purpose.

Two, so far it looks like everyone else has their beautiful faces back. And... I'm still wearing this one.

So... Hi, for those who don't know me, I've been here since the beginning. I am Maryanne Elizabeth Barton-Stark (formerly Walker). You may have to get used to this face, as much as I am.

On the upside I don't look like my Dad's side of the family anymore.
