Free heart-shaped balloons!

I need help. Balloons just showed up in my apartment. I have a latex allergy and globophobia. I'd rather not touch them. Could someone come here and get rid of them for me?

Great. I'm in apartment 1404. I think they could have helium in them. I'm not sure. They're floating, but not all the way to the ceiling.
