Okay, well this princess was very smart and very funny and of course she was crazy pretty, right? As all princesses are. She had gorgeous rainbow colored hair that shone in the moonlight. It was pretty epic. And her eyes matched her hair, which is pretty wicked.

He smiles

She had lots and lots of friends, and her mom and dad were really cool. They didn't keep her locked up in a tower and they didn't make her do all these princessy things. Like, she started out being trained in how to be queen but as she got older, her parents realized that maybe being queen wasn't right for their beloved daughter.

Well, the princess got to do pretty much whatever she wanted, within reason. And her most favorite thing to do was to ride her horse through the countryside. He was the best horse ever. Big and strong. All black with the bluest eyes any horse has ever had. Even though horses don't usually have blue eyes. And the princess loved him dearly. He was her favorite.

He smirks a little.

One day when they were riding through the country, the beautiful princess came across this family that was trying to get a cart off the road. The wheel had broken and their mule ran away so it was just stuck.

Of course the princess couldn't just pass them by without helping. She's too good of a person for that. So she got down off her horse and even though her beautiful dress got ripped and dirty, she helped them get the wheel back on the cart and let them borrow her horse to get it back home.

The family wanted to pay her back for her kindness so they invited her to stay for dinner. They let her take a bath and the mother cleaned and fixed her dress while the daughter made dinner. Of course, when they got home was when she got to meet their very handsome son. He had stayed home to look after the cows while his family went to the market.

Well, the princess was very taken with the son and they sat by the fire and talked while she waited for dinner to be cooked and for her dress to be finished. She ended up staying there talking with him for hours. They talked through dinner, even after her dress was done, the two were still talking. And before long, the princess noticed that the sun was starting to come up. She was so impressed with the handsome young man that she hadn't even noticed they'd been talking all night.

Even though the princess really didn't want to go, she knew that she had to. She had to go back to the palace and let her parents know that she was okay. That she hadn't been hurt or kidnapped. And she wanted to tell her mother about the kind family and the amazing young man that had managed to steal her heart in only a matter of hours.
