[Neil's voice, obviously in pain albeit not his usual physical pain, crackles over the CB, frantic in tone and getting even more panicky and quicker in speech as he continues on:]

Um... could someone like an Ambulance crew or... something of the sort, come up to Apartment 2702, perhaps? I mean... my friend won't wake up... H-he was fine yesterday, just a touch of flu, really... but now... well... he won't wake UP, and I've tried and tried...!

[ADDED a couple of minutes later, (and YES, he IS getting even MORE frantic now!)]

Please, someone, help me! I mean, he's still breathing but -- I don't really like the sounds of his breaths, really! And he's burning up, but his hands are ice-cold...! Please, someone...! Anyone...!

I can't --

I can't get him to hospital on my own...! He's too big for me to budge by myself!
