Where: Some random bar
When: Night
What: Playing Pool
Rating: PG

Satan smiled as she looked around the bar filled with losers and boozers, it was the perfect setting to take souls away. Sighing she remembered she was on vacation so when she spotted the open pool table she strode towards the empty table setting up the rack. A look of surprise and friendship came over her as she spotted the girl who approached. "It's nice to see you."

The pain of disposing of Zachariah was still weighing heavily upon God, as was Castiel's reaction to it. She had known it would likely come to pass, of course. Castiel was so very young in comparison to other angels, and he'd never seen her wrath firsthand. However none of the logic and understanding of the situation truly seemed to help ease the heartache. So rather than wallow in it, God decided to seek out a source that, while certainly a thorn in her side and a cause of insurmountable pain many times over, was also the closest thing present to a being that was on common ground with her.

And so it was that she appeared just outside the bar that Morningstar was visiting. Most people would never have believed it, if they knew. After all the preconceived notions of God and Satan passed down by Christianity had taught mankind that the two were enemies.

That wasn't the case, however. Morningstar was the keeper of Hell, and the very definition of sin. However, those were necessities. Without evil, humans would not be able to decide for themselves which path to follow. Without Morningstar's fall from Heaven, there would be no evil. Ergo, while they certainly didn't see eye to eye over a great many things, God felt no anger toward the fallen angel that had been one of her most trusted. Sorrow, perhaps, but that was to be expected.

Smiling when the feminine form that the Prince of Darkness had chosen to take noticed her approach, God gave a tip of her head. She still didn't speak out loud, of course, as it would kill every human present. She simply communicated as she did with her angels - allowing her voice to wash across their minds.

Hello, Morningstar. I hope I'm not intruding?

Of course, God didn't really care if she was or not. She needed to spend some time with a being that had already defied her, already knew what she was capable of when provoked. An odd desire, perhaps, but it was what she felt she needed and therefore the Lord had no intention of leaving until she was ready.

Satan felt flushed when she heard Gods' voice it was ashame she didn't speek out loud most of the souls surrounding would be hers. Shaking her head she threw the thought to the side and looked back to the Lord. "No I was just about to start a game, would you like to play?" Satan tossed a pool stick towards her. "It's Princess Of Darkness, and also your break." She smiled and stepped to the side watching.

She truly did like the Lord and this was her vacation anyway, kinda odd they choose the same place. She tilted her head and smiled proudly to be by her side again although it was just a game. "So somethings got you down.."

God easily caught the pool stick, a vaguely amused expression crossing her features as she glanced down at it. She had only played the game a handful of times, since its creation, and personally didn't find it nearly as fun as skeeball. However she saw no reason not to play now.

I named you Morningstar and that's what I shall call you. Whatever... title you may have chosen since your fall from Grace is of little concern to me. There were a touch of fondness to her tone as it filled the former angel's mind. God, meanwhile, simply smiled at her as she stepped up to the pool table to begin the game.

Ignoring the comment, fortunately well aware it was going to be spoken or otherwise she may have missed during her break, the Lord took her shot and watched as the balls scattered across the table. None went in, which was fine. It was hardly a matter of Creation if she didn't 'run the table' so to speak.

With a glance to Satan, she arched a brow slightly. Zachariah, she said simply. There really wasn't any need to say more. Morningstar had been present during the ordeal, if hidden from the others. She knew what had transpired.

Satans' smirk turned more and more into a smile as she kept up the conversation with the O GREAT ONE... But she was just using a little humor trying to loosen thing up for God so she could enjoy her vacation. At the mere snarl of his name she bared her teeth remembering slightly facing the same smiting. "I am truly sorry you had to deal bad business on your vacation, I hope it lightens up."

Satan was surprised that God had not ran the table, but she realized that God was there to talk so time was nice. Eying the table she leaned over and took a shot getting in a solid she looked over with a small smile. Aiming at another she missed and pouted, "I guess you're stripes, and yes next time we can play Skeeball." Satan did hate the game but she knew it was only fair. "Well other than bad news how have things been?"
