Lucas had bought a new basketball after work on Monday. The snow meant he couldn't play but he saw it and figured he should get it so he could play when it cleared up.

He held the ball under his right arm and walked back toward Building C.

He wondered for a moment if there was a basketball court in Colligo. He'd have to check that out sometime. He could bring Brooke along maybe. He smiled at the thought of that.

He was wrapped up in his own little world and didn't notice at first the person that was approaching him.

He stopped just in time that he didn't run into them.

"Sorry," he said.

Damien had chosen to get something to eat at some point. But the wasn't the only reason he was out. He was hoping to avoid the angel Zachariah. Most of the angels here were fine. They either payed little attention, were civil, or didn't know of him. And that was good for him, though he hoped this newest one wouldn't find out.

He was a bit lost in his thoughts as he was walking back to where he wanted to be. Maybe something was on TV tonight. But he had not paid attention to the area in front of him.. and sighed with relief when a collision didn't happen for once. "No, it's alright.. really. Still standing and the ball is still in your arm. No harm, no foul."

	"Thanks," Damien said, taking the receipt. He deduced rather quickly that he must have just bought the basketball. Probably within the hour, maybe. He looked at the number and memorized it, putting the slip in his pocket. Then he turned to go. "When I find out something about that, you'll be the first number I'll call."
