Sirius!!! I've heard tell you're here, too and this isn't your fault - YA! I know, it baffled me at first. Are James and Remus and Peter with you? Because then I just really can't believe this is not your fault.

You're in Colligo. A place not on Earth. No one is certain on how to be sent back, this place does that for you, whether you want to or not. It also has the habit of pulling people from different times. And realities. There was a Regulus before. ~~Twice actually~~ It isn't uncommon for people to come back and not recall ever being brought here.
