When I said I was tired enough to sleep like the dead, I didn't think it'd be taken so literally. Only reason I can think of for a few days passing and not remembering any of them.

I meant, more the few days that you didn't remember. Sorry. I should have made myself clearer.

And, yeah, whatever this is ... it's much better than dead. Especially since Willow and everyone else seems to be here

No, I'm sorry. I don't think so. Are you from Sunnydale? You could be from one of my classes. Or will be, with the time thing

It's all right. There's plenty of crazy here. As far as I know, that doesn't happen often. If it is, no one's talking about it. Personally, I'm not a fan.

A few people will agree to that. This place can be something like a second chance.

I know about Sunnydale but I haven't technically been. Except there was this alternate universe version tha-

I can see where blacking out for so long would be unpleasant. And having something mess with your head like that is one of the worse feelings in the world isn't .. fun .. either.

Second chance. I like that. I see it like that too. Most of my friends are here, and whenever they are, I'm happy. Even if it was world that served only shrimp.

Technically? I'm sorry if I'm being nosy. If you think I am just say 'Tara you're being nosy' and I'll stop. Right away. It's just ... that's sort of a weird way of saying it. Unless you were there in spirit .. or something? That would make sense.

No it is not. If no one's given you the heads up yet, that happens a lot around here. Not the blacking out but being screwed with. Whatever is bringing us all here likes to keep us all alert.

I've heard about that one. Never figured out why some deity would go through the trouble of creating somewhere like that.

A few weeks back, something struck. Random people got older, younger, stayed unaffected, or became an alternate version of themselves. Somewhere in my alternate history, I was in Sunnydale, from what I can remember.

I heard about the people who are fictional in other dimensions and the alternate reality versions. It doesn't seem so bad.

Probably the same reason there's one without it? It could be one of them really doesn't like shrimp while the other one really does but they couldn't agree and ... there you have it.

Oh. That's interesting. So you really could have gone to UC Sunnydale with me. Maybe that's how you know me? But you see to know about deities and stuff .. and Buffy. You were part of the Scoobies?

Give it time. It's the kind of place where when things get quiet, people start worrying.

Proof that some creators just have too much time on their hands. Although with the way some of them act, that might be for the better.

I guess so. Amazing how much of a difference going in one direction over the other can make.

That's not good ... even in Sunnydale, sometimes quiettime? Quiettime was good. Worrying but nothing to get very worried about.

Probably.

Butterfly effect. I always found that idea to be interesting.

I think this place would be weird even by Sunnydale standards. That town has its own special brand of it.

Interesting in theory, headache in execution.

That is worrying.

I know what you mean. But I think it'd be a headache that'd be worth it, when you really think about it.

Welcome to Colligo.

Sometimes. A look at what direction you could have taken, for better or for worse. Worse, you get to walk away. Better, you're haunted by the choice you did make and the life you can't have. Hypothetically.
