A minute ago, I was dead in a demon bar and now I'm here. Answer seemed pretty simple. Holding hell dimension. City backdrop, people know nothing, weird ass sentinels keeping you out of places you aren't supposed to go.

Except I'm alive, not brainwashed to think I'm a nice family guy, and they don't give you PDAs with access to message boards.

What the fuck is this place? And more importantly, how do I get out of here? I've got scores to settle.

Stingy would get my vote. They would probably say that if they gave us all the details, they'd be doing all the work for us and we would never learn. Or they could just back off and let us sort this all out by ourselves without outside interference.

Personally, I like that idea best.

If they gave us all the details, they wouldn't need us in the first place. So I take it back. Your lazy gets my vote. Needy too. Cause if they did that what would we need them for? Really? It's not like there's any connection beyond them telling us what to do and us grumbling.

You would. I'm not opposed to it myself.

You know this is the first time I've ever argued the good and bad of the supernatural world, not to mention the in between, without introducing myself. Actually ... I think this might be the first time I've done it period. At least this thoroughly.

My name is Paige. Paige Matthews. Not to be confused with Winterborn-Cortez who really, really, really looks like my sister Phoebe

Lazy and needy higher powers. Great. We have our fates toyed around with by powerful teenagers. It's one of those things where you'd like to have a conversation with them if only it didn't get you smited the first time you disagreed.

Well, this is the first time I've argued the good and bad of the supernatural world just after coming back from the dead and being tossed out of the library. So I guess it is a day of first.

Lindsey McDonald. I'll probably be able to keep you two Paiges straight.

What's the money situation around here? Can we still access are accounts? I need at least a new shirt.

Elders aren't much for smitting unless you. They're more likely to either stonewall you or take something away from you that you really desire. Like they've done plenty of times with my sister and her husband Which is really helping your teeanger theory. If it wasn't for the fact that I've seen a few elders and one of them had a really gray beard, I'd be one hundred percent behind it. Ever meet any of your Powers?

Seems like.

Just probably? Drats and here I thought that I was a distinctive Paige.

No. Sorry. You show up to a teller with your PDA and they give you one hundred bucks. Then you're on your own. But unless you're used to paying more than that for a shirt, I think you're good.

Teenagers. Immortal teenagers. I've met the Senior Partners, though not by choice. It's something I don't talk about.

Most likely. If I meet either one of you in person, I'll think I'll be able to tell which one is which.

I have before, a while back, but a hundred will do me just fine. No need to dress for success. Thanks.

That's good. Wouldn't want things becoming more confusing than they already are.

No problemo. I'm just happy to be able to buy clothes that later won't be ruined by demon goo.

I get that. Shopping isn't my favorite thing as it is. Replacing clothing everytime it gets torn or ruined just makes it worse.

I don't mind the shopping. It's the not being able to afford the constant replacing of my clothes.
