I'm going to have to work out more, cause this kid is getting heavy. He's been bugging me to go to the park, but...but ~~I don't think it's safe~~ we haven't made it yet. He needs to run off some of this excess energy. He's growing up so fast...

He picked up his toy guitar last night, and I swear it sounded like he was trying to sing one of Juno's songs.

Hey, you.

We're okay. We had a run-in with Alastair the other night but with all of the crazy going on, I just... I don't know. I guess I didn't want to add that to your list of worries. But I called for Gabriel and he ran him off so everything is okay for now.

And listen. I'm glad you contacted me because I've been thinking and, well, I don't want this to come across wrong but I think maybe Caden should come stay with me and Dean and the kids until this stuff is over. It's just that I know our house, and yard, are demon-proof so he can be safe and get fresh air and there's no way Alastair can get to him, here.

You know I'd invite you, too, but we both know you aren't going to leave Ruby and there's no way to make the place safe from Alastair but able to let her in. Believe me. I've checked.

And if you'd rather keep him with you, that's fine, obviously. But... Alastair already tried getting into our house, then came after me at my store when he couldn't manage that, and I think it's really just a matter of time before he sets his sights on you to get to Dean since coming after me didn't really work out how he'd planned.

So just let me know what you think? And please tell Ruby I'm sorry about all of this. I feel horrible, not being able to have her over right now, and if there was some way we could have her around right now, we totally would.

I've got his room decked out, but...but you're right. He needs to be able to go outside. I don't want to be away from him, but he'll be safe with you.

Ruby understands. She hates that she can't go in Caden's room, but she understands. I have to keep him safe. We've been letting him fall asleep in out bed, then I take him to his room. It's not ideal, but...

I'll bring him over tonight, treat it like a big sleep over. And in the meantime, do we have a working plan for how to get rid of the son of a bitch?

Believe me, I get it. Jack and Meri know something is going on but they don't understand why they aren't allowed to leave the yard. If we don't do something soon, I'm worried they're going to just sneak out and... I really don't even want to finish that sentence.

We'll get through this. Somehow. Unfortunately, as of right now, other than 'kill him dead', which is about all Dean is saying on the matter, I have no idea what we're going to do to get rid of him. I mean, Gabriel showing up at my shop made him leave but it's not like Gabriel can just smite him unless he does something and we don't want it to come to that.

I killed him once. I know I can't do that, but so help me if he hurts someone...That's another sentence I don't want to finish.

For the record, it's never come up. And it won't. I'm not going to ask her, she's not going to offer. I know it's a non issue. I'd do anything to keep my son and your children safe, but there are lines that can't be crossed and that's one of them. But that doesn't mean I don't think about it.

Cas for now. He's on a power trip.

It's complicated, hard to explain, but...he's dangerous, he's not himself. But he's someone Caden loves and trusts, so...it's just a really bad situation.

There's also a demon here from my world, I killed him back home. He's got a history with Dean, and...I know I can't protect Caden from every little thing, but I can't have him out there where Alistiar or Cas could get a hold of him and use him to get to me, or Dean.
