antivan crows what uuuup
... yeah, Julie here again, I have a problem and got REALLY INSPIRED. But I promise I'm sticking to two characters!

This is Cassidy, a 32yo city elf rogue originally from Antiva City, and yep, he's a member of the Crows. Unlike those who were sold into the life, he and his younger brother was born into it, walking in their notorious Crow father's footsteps (the guy wasn't a great role model, at all). Up until aforementioned bb brother was killed by Vathra for failing an assignment.

He's a quiet, snarky grumpycat, but once you get into his good graces he reveals a dry-as-bones sense of humour and a thoughtfulness when it comes to his friends -- until then, he's pretty taciturn. But he'll be a really good customer at all the armouries and blacksmiths in town, a regular haunt at the bars, and will rub elbows with the shadier elements of society that Olivier won't want to touch! He has more acquaintances than True Friends, but come at me anyway, especially rogues and fellow Crows! He rolled into town about 6 months ago, but could also have met people in the past who spent time in Antiva or Orlais (his mother is an elven servant & Noelle's housekeeper, he visits when he can).

Okay, on the Elspeth front, I see two ways they met: A) as a Sister/University student, Elspeth ended up working in the Alienage a lot, so maybe there was some sarcastic banter exchanged? & B) as L'Étranger, maybe they ended up targeting the same chevalier?

On the Iveani front...idk. D: I'm planning for Iveani to eventually find her way to the Alienage, so maybe they'll just run into each other on accident?

	It's still a secret, tildes and all. City guard brought her in for questioning, but couldn't connect her to anything. I think some of the Alienage elders knew, but kept it on the QT (On the QT is my new favorite phrase, btw). (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Oh god this needs to happen so that Cassidy can facepalm and be COMPLETELY IRRITATED at the idea of being a #2, but yes. Would Oz be the type of person to get drunk and end up in a bar brawl?? Bc if so, I've suddenly got a random mental image of them accidentally meeting in one, and Cassidy is a cat with its fur standing on end like "NO. NO. NO. :| I NEED TO LEAVE" but he gets embroiled in it anyway and HI NEW FRIEND?

He adores her. ♥

We have talked about him and Noe, and backstory is in the works. He's one of the few that probably does get the title "friend" from her, and she was delighted when he showed up in town, okay? It's nice to have him around. PLZ INTRODUCE ME TO YOUR LOVELY COLLEAGUES.

Cas (lol Cas & Cass) probabkly wouldn't have much direct connect, but he drinks with Oz JUST LIKE EVERYONE IN TOWN and I actually feel they might get along?

I realised it 3/4 into his app, and was like WELP GONNA REFER TO HIM CASSIDY ALWAYS NOW. But yes!! He gives no shits about what the Circle thinks of people, and since they're both pretty serious-minded people with a dry sense of humour, I defs think they'd see similar spirits in each other? :3

Asmund is likely the only one of mine to have met Cassidy before the game got going. He's been all around the continent, including those areas. And he has some previous ties to Noëlle, so they always could have met there. He's a merc, so less 1 person targeting, but still fighting for hire.

Pilar has been here the whole six months. She doesn't exactly do shady society, but she has her peeps around town that are nobodies that she helps. They can always random.

Sabrina is new in town, from Tevinter. Except that if she kills people she wants to do it herself, she'd totally hire him.

I'm reminded of Zevran in DA:O attacking the warden with a bunch of mercs at his side -- Cassidy prefers more finesse, but maybe they worked together on a job like that in the past? SO THAT THEY CAN KNOW EACH OTHER & BE BUDS(?)

And ooh, she's probably landed on Cassidy's radar through her attending to the common folk's funerals and helping them out. He'd quietly put her in his good books for that, and maybe it'll lead to a random run-in down the line. :')

Well Asmund does have an ENORMOUS sense of honor. So like, they can totally have worked together and be buds. But have the potential for Asmund being like THIS IS WRONG at something. Like there are so many politics here he gives zero fucks about, but his own code? He firm. Lol.
