First Day Plotting Post

First Day falls on the first day of Wintermarch and marks the beginning of the new year. The day is celebrated with visits to neighbors as well as communal feasting and merriment. The king will also give a short address to those who care to assemble near the palace. There will be no group IC starter as there are so many different things going on over the course of the day, but this post is here to help you plot out whether your characters meet up and of course to see what celebrations are happening around town!

	Pretty much Raziya's entire crew plus anyone who wants to join in will be drinking and being ridiculous at the Drunken Barmaid at the docks starting at about 8pm and going until... someone kicks them out probably........... Bad alcohol, some gambling, and absurd ridiculousless. They don't care if they know you - if you show up, you can party with them. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Alienage

As mentioned in plot cal, the Alienage is having a huge drunken party full of merriment at its tavern. It starts as early as 6pm, but don't expect the party to start getting into full swing until about 7pm or 8pm. Party will probably start dying down around midnight (most of these particular partygoers have to work first thing in the morning), but it technically won't end until the last drunkard is kicked to the curb. ;)

Lots of dancing, weak ale, terrible food, and actually decent music, provided by one Euria Ghrian. Elves only, but even the 'outsider' elves will be more than welcome here ~~for once~~.

Cassidy took up Sorin's invitation for this party, and made grand use of the time to bond further with his neighbours, even if he was an awkward cat nursing his drink in the corner. I bet some outgoing city elf girl demanded that he dance with her and he was mortified, but then put Noe's lessons to good use!

He didn't join the dock party, but was probs at the alienage festivities until midnight before wending his way home.

Lev goes to the docks party, then stops in at the alienage per Sorin's request, then back to the docks, drinking all the while. Meanwhile...

Raziya gets into a drinking contest with Godric and winds up wearing his clothes by the end of the night. Don't ask. She claims she looks better in his stuff than he does in hers. Will absolutely take someone home, preference Alia if she shows up but also she will be drunk and not picky so... there's that.

Cas is being a hermit unless someone drags him out. Though if Alia wants to see him he'll make an effort not to be gloomy.

Noëlle calls on some of her friends and contacts (lbr, mostly nobles, but she'll meet you on a rooftop somewhere, Sovuelani), dropping off small tasty gifts from her trip to Orlais. Might be enticed into something seedier later in the evening if the right people invite her.

If anyone wants to log with any of mine, lmk!!!! I am open for whatever~

Sorin will start his evening at the alienage and then will follow Lev to the docks just in time to see Godric and Ziya in each other's clothes.

Alia will start her evening at the ducal palace being all fancy and noble and hating her life and being bored out of her mind. Then she decides to go to Ziya's "real party" and arrives at the same time as Sorin & Lev for maximum lulz~

Midha is around town drinking, as she does. She can be anywhere you want her to be, because lbr, she's proooooooooooooobably pub hopping! ;)

bastien is probably sick of being with the wardens for like 2 weeks (#introvert, sorry), but i suppoooooose he will come out if dragged. otherwise, he hasn't done much for firstday since leaving orlais.

godric is with ziya & co most of the evening, making Great Decisions. drinking, cross-dressing, and wrestling on the floor, what else could you want???? also normally doesn't do much for celebrations.

idril is.... drinking?????????? SHAE, WHATCHU DOING FOR FIRSTDAY.

rosalind will liiiikely be sneaking off to the outpost to hang out with cas at some point, but she'll want to visit friends for gifts and stuff from orzammar!

and lastly, una is also with ziya & co because... she is part of that co. i think she'll ditch her orlesian clothes so she can DRESS HERSELF for the day, since lol, who is going to be looking for her as the city celebrates.
