Welcome to the Coitus Interruptus plotting post!

Later this evening, an IC post will be going up a la the other major event posts in the past, but there are a few things that you need to know before you start fighting demons nilly willy.

THE FACTS
Simon will receive information that there is a disturbance at a high end brothel in the palace district. When he arrives, the building will be on fire, and there are a few Rage and Pride demons roaming around.
They are being led by none other than Cesare Alexius. (Remember him? He went missing in July).
In the aftermath, once the fire is put out and Cesare is put down, the remains of Duke Octavian van Markham will be found next to the corpse of one of the brothel workers.

Please use this post to plot out whatever you need to! We'll have the main post up here in a bit, so let's get to fighting!
