Breaking the rules can be fun no?
Who: the cranky Vergil (neloangelo) and the curious Nero (devilbringer)
What: Vergil finally leaves his apartment and makes his way down to the cafeteria for food where he encounters Nero whom; out of curiosity, completly breaks Dante's promise of stayign away. I know...
When: How about....NOW
Where: Building Cafeteria
Warnings: A curious white haired boy and a crazy evil white haired and irritated devil. Somebody didn't follow their promise...
It felt like an eternity, his muscles felt rigid, his eyes felt swollen and the pain that had been accumulating in the pit of his stomach had surmounted to a pain that had led him out his door and down the elevator. If one beheld Vergil's physique, they would probably guess that he was sick or really exhausted. The curse had left him week and very irritated- nothing could make him succumb to anger any lower than he was now.
Even as the cheerful music from the elevator jingled about him happily completely contrasting the morbid and somber aura he was giving off, his eyes were having a hard time keeping open and his mind couldn't even begin to register how annoying this whole situation was turning out to be.
Not only had he only been here for a few days but a curse had been placed upon him. Vampires. As if his pride could not be more insulted from this. He'd seen enough and knew enough to be able to contain himself. While he could have easily feasted on any person in the building, he felt that his morals kept him away from anyone- they weren't good enough for him. Besides, he didn't want any problems. The less he mingled with the commoners the better and he most definitely did not want a death toll over his head.
The elevator gave a smooth bing and let him out leading him into the main floor where he had walked in the first day with Light. Nothing changed yet still he felt rather uncomfortable- like something or someone was watching him. The nagging thought of something being out there; lucid, was making him annoyed- he didn't like being watched or pestered. Another reason why he had never bothered to move about the building was the fact that a certain someone was also here. It wasn't fear, just the thought of having to put up with him was a task he didn't want to take.
Following along the markings on the walls, the cafeteria was somewhere along the first floor so he followed the small signs plastered throughout the hall knowing perfectly well that in his current condition; even though he hated to admit it, he wouldn't be able to get far. He needed some fuel for his body and fast.
After a few minutes of mindlessly wandering after arrows here and there, he finally stepped into a cafeteria hall where he rushed to the line and eyed the food about him- he wasn't much for gluttony or anything but he was really uncomfortable in wanting to get anything he knew he shouldn't. Perhaps munching away so quickly might throw him off even worse in the end. As the young man deliberated on how he would take what he wanted or if he was even going to eat in the place, he didn't notice any other people around the cafeteria even if one of his high priorities was to keep himself away from the masses.
