Chaos Unraveled OOC Community

My apologies for posting on this topic, as it has run its course... but concerning a player and three characters who have recently left, there is something I must request.

Please leave the altercation on Sal's journal to our moderator to handle.

What the former player posted was fueled by a lot of sadness and anger that could have found a better channel, and it was cruel of that player to say the things the comment contained. However, it was also cruel of others to gang up on said player and repeat what has already been said, and is widely known.

I've played here long enough to know that we are all sensitive, good people who are capable of settling messy matters with grace, dignity, and respect. Soraka is my girlfriend, and she is upset over this. I can't in good conscience defend her actions, but I can ask that people refrain from tearing into someone who is hurting and embarrassed already.

Last post regarding the whole thing, buuuut, for those who desire this, the way to ban someone from your journal is simple.

Go here and copy+paste this into the console:

ban_set yagami_light
ban_set beyondbackup
ban_set touta_matsuda

Into the accounts you have, should you desire it. This has been done with the CU communities.

I'll get back to interacting with threads either later tonight or, most likely, after my classes tomorrow. I have projects and a midterm to take care of for tomorrow, but after that i'll be able to give people and CU more attention.

I'll still be watching over CU, I just won't be able to interact in RP stuff today. D=

By the way, sometime after the Halloween events (still planning those), a new NPC will be coming into the game. I won't talk about her, except that she'll be played by one of the players already here who knows the game rules pretty well.

This player, who will come forward later, will not be a co-mod, but a sort of 'secretary' or 'sub-mod' I guess you could say? D= She'll have the authority to warn people when they're breaking the rules and all and will have the power to kick/ban people if something really messed up happens.

The reason for this is because it's probably better for the game as a whole if someone other than me also has the power to do this, in case something happens when i'm a tad busy.
