Chaos Unraveled OOC Community

Hello. ^^

I feel like I should say something about my "summer situation." I'm going to be moving up north so I can work my poor fingers to the bone in order to afford college, and the place I'll be staying has no internet. T_T

At the earliest, the move could occur on Thursday night. At the latest, next week sometime, since I have some orthodontic work that needs to be done.

I WILL be updating daily throughout the summer. Whenever I'm in town, I plan to head to the library and post journal entries/in threads. I guess that creating a more withdrawn and disturbed L coincides very conveniently with this development, since both our interactions will be limited... but I will NOT be on hiatus. Just posting at odd times and sporadically, and not much in the evenings EST.

I think that the L/Light thread responsible for pleasing half of you and making the other half sick is almost through. Light's player and I have agreed on what is to happen next, and if tonight goes by without any further action on the thread (it's mostly resolved), I believe that, if it's OK, I'll post L's first journal entry after Light leaves him. It's written and ready to go, and I'd like to resolve L's current role as a macguffin so that the action can move forward for characters who have tied their interests to L's fate (most notably Frank and other members of Asgard.) The journal entry is appropriately fragmented and chilling, and I think it's an indirect but complete account of what happened that observant individuals will be able to decipher partially, at least. It will be "attempted unhackable," meaning that it's probably open to members of Niflheim as well, even though L will intend for it to be completely private from everyone on both sides. This is not something he's anxious for people to know about.

Between now and Thursday evening, I will be attentively roleplaying L and somberly reinstating a humbler and wiser character in Asgard. Over the summer, his involvement might not consist of a copious amount of character interaction, but he'll be there, and his motive will become deeper, darker, and completely self-consuming.

I'd like to thank everyone waiting on the now infamous L/Light thread for their patience, and hope that my "summer situation" doesn't throw off the pace of the game too much.
