SECOND CHANCES RPG

Get ready, folks! A seemingly normal rainstorm takes place on Saturday, January 8th at 9:00 a.m. However, the storm ushers in something unusual. By that night, residents of San Francisco, including those at the Station, begin to exhibit mutant powers. Naturally, this leads to chaos and some residents using their newfound powers for evil. The government quickly calls on the Station members, superhero or not, to help get the city under control. Please note not all characters need to be affected, only those who get stuck in the storm.
