If you see me walking into things, well, that must be nice for you because I can't see a damn thing anymore. What's worse is that I think my hearing has gotten better.

At least my neighbors have been entertaining the last few days. Losing my sight has made me incredibly nosy. And someone has been keeping their television on for hours. I'm sure it's for their dog who I can hear howling at people walking by, poor thing. Unless that's another neighbor. Stelmaria might eat me if I step on her one more time.

	I'm hoping as well. It's not something I would wish on anyone. But I suppose at least it's taught me to be more sympathetic to anyone who has it long term. I feel for the poor thing. Do you? I've started noticing things I hadn't before. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Fortunately(?), I've had a majority of my life to adjust. I still remember those early days, however, so if you need anything in the interim, let me know. At the very least, I can recommend some excellent muscle creams for your aches and pains.

It's mustly dramatics. The owners spoil it with treats when they come home.

You have to, otherwise you'll constantly be overwhelmed. Or I have to. I can't really speak for your personal experience.

Muscle creams? Well that would be helpful. I've lost count of the amount of times my shin has connected with this damned coffee table.

Ah, as they should. Animals are especially sacred in my world.

I suppose it's selfish of me to complain when it's only just happened. And if it all goes the way as everything else has, it won't be permanent. But I'll take your advice to heart, thank you.

As well they should be. You can judge a lot about a person by how they treat animals.

Don't think about it that way, if you can help it. At least not for my benefit. As far as I'm concerned, this is a thing you're feeling and going through. That gets to mean whatever it means to you while you're living it.

Fair enough. It must come as easy as breathing by now for you. My frustration is a horrible distraction. I might just try figuring out all the sounds in this apartment. I could pick up a bit of gossip, while I'm at it.
