attn: Arthur

Since she confessed to Arthur what she remembers, Adia has gone back to denying it staunchly, going about her life as ordinarily as possible (everything is fine; the only person I am is myself). During the day she goes to work and tries not to think outside the box; at night she lies next to Arthur and doesn't have many dreams.

Until to-night.

To-night she has the old dream of fire and smoke and burning, and wakes up soaked with sweat, sobbing, her body achingly hot to touch.
