Summary: Ice is hungry and wants to meet with her favorite meal

Ice was restless, and she'd done something she didn't usually do. She'd asked James to meet her in Hogsmeade. She had plenty of other options, but she found she was favoring his company - and she opted not to look too closely at that.

Ubel was being quieter, more introspective than usual, and that made her uneasy. The last time he'd gotten like that, they'd had to relocate because they'd made a stand about an issue. She very sincerely hoped he wasn't considering making a stand against the wolves.

Things were just ... better when they kept to themselves.

But ever since he'd come back from his inspection of Hogsmeade, he'd been too contemplative for her liking.

So she'd gone out with a mumble about hunting ... though instead, she'd owled James. She hadn't requested any response save his presence and didn't expect a return owl.

Instead, she simply roamed the shadows of Hogsmeade to wait and see if he'd show up.

"Bloody hell, yes," he breathed as he met her gaze. He wasn't exactly thinking things through logically so the idea that things with her might be a little different was slow in forming.

He brushed his lips against hers, though lightly, not wanting to taste too much of his own blood there. Logically he knew it wouldn't hurt him, but it was sort of up there with tasting himself after being sucked off; they just weren't his favorite tastes to experience while kissing.

When his brain caught up with the rest of him, he pulled back enough to murmur, "Does... is it different for you, at all?" He asked vaguely, curiously.

Ice returned his kiss as chastely, somewhat amused by the idea of him tasting his blood from her lips but respecting that he might not want to. Some did. Most didn't.

"It is," she murmured. "We are not alive, not functioning as living beings. So there are certain things we cannot create on our own, nor do we have magic to fabricate them."

She shrugged her shoulders lightly. "But you are a wizard and you do have magic, so I do not see much of an issue."

Ice rose slowly from the couch and nodded toward one of the closed doors. "I assume you would prefer your sex in a bed? It's bound to be more comfortable," she teased him lightly.

	"Suppose we can start in a bed, yeah," he agreed teasingly as he pushed up to his feet. He didn't see much of a problem either and he followed her quiet willingly into whichever room she led him to that had a bed in it. (Reply to this) (Parent)
