RP: Post-Victory Parties
Characters: Jaime, Tristan, open
Time/Date: Evening, November 5
Location: Common-commons
Warnings/Rating: Jaime's mouth, maybe
Summary: Playful post-match rivalry
Status: Open, ongoing

Jaime glanced up as Tristan strolled in, and stuck out her tongue at him. "So what was that even about?" she inquired, brows arching before she blew on the ink of her essay to dry it. Quidditch or no, they still had homework.

"Distraction," he replied as flopped down across the couch, lazily summoning his text over to him. "Thought I'd left this here."

"Distracting me from what, exactly? The quaffle was on the other side of the field."

"Right, but see, eventually? It would've been back to your end, and I'd intended to get you so worked up that by the time it did get to you, you'd still be distracted. But alas, my plan was thwarted."

He paused. "Kind of, anyway." He grinned as he opened his Muggle Studies text to the section he was supposed to be reading. "So how come you aren't showering me in congratulations?" he inquired.

Jaime drew her wand out, brows lifting. "Oh, I can shower you in something," she promised him as she waved her wand threateningly. "But they won't be congratulations."

Tristan laughed softly, though he did keep his eye on the witch until she'd put her wand away.

"So, where's you're better half?" she inquired. "Rare to see you wandering solo."

"Which one?" he inquired with a waggle of his brows. "Lan's spending time with Rose and I'm really not sure where Remus is off to. Maybe spending time with his mates. Or maybe he's stalking me here, even as we speak."

Jaime snorted, but grinned all the same before she leaned back against her chair. She was bored, tired of homework, and while Tristan was decent company, she'd like an available boy to wander in. But then, she was petty like that.
