Hi, my name is Carlos and Harriet suggested you might be able to help me? I have Mal's spellbook. Well, I mean I guess it is really Maleficent's, but still. I'm trying to find a spell to wake her up since the doctors are failing. Mal isn't human.

So far I've found a lot of weird spells, not the type I need. Could one of you look at the book and see what I am missing?

That is more a cause of paralysis, not exactly comas. Mal shouldn't have even slipped into a coma. She has been the victim of a sleeping curse that should have knocked her out for like 900 years, but she only slept for 10 minutes. This coma just doesn't make sense.

Well, she certainly experienced some paralysis after she jumped in to that situation and didn't defend herself. But anyway.

It may be that this caused her more stress and so she reacted this way. If it's any kind of sleeping curse, or a curs in general, True Love's Kiss will break it.

Great. Ben, I mean King Ben is here- except he probably would have tried to kiss her already? I mean True Love's Kiss broke the love spell Uma put on him that one time.

I'd like to think so? King Ben isn't an idiot, but he might not be thinking clearly because Mal is all Sleeping Beauty right now.

I'm not entirely sure we are friends?...she doesn't want to run me through with a sword, so there is that? I think she just tried to mother me and it was the second weirdest thing to happen to me since arriving here.

That's what Evie said. I just...okay, so Uma doesn't want to come to an accord with Mal, but Mal wouldn't give up. She wanted to do like dinners and give them gifts. And it now all suddenly makes sense. I told Mal that wasn't going to fix relationships with the crew. which I am suddenly a part of? I'm actually pretty sure most of the crew wouldn't care if Mal didn't wake up at all.

Sorry for rambling. Harriet says I've been up too long. I'm just...stressed.

The pup isn't going to pay anything. This is Mal's fucking mess and she can pay when she wakes up.

Uma will have me head if I let our newest crew member got in a life debt or something stupid. Also, Carlos can't come back to his phone at the moment...I knicked it for the moment.

We are aware that Maleficent wasn't exactly in the habit of 'helpful' spells, yes? No offence, but she's more of the 'kill it hard' kind of caster.

...oddly there are a lot of, uh, frivolous spells in here. A lot to do with hair styling. Uh, but that is beside the point. Maleficent, while she is a crazy fairy, does have a few helpful spells in here. I found one to clean a house in a jiffy. But, yeah, pretty sure if she ever got unturned into a lizard she would just kill us all.

Evie said she knows, but I'm still waiting on her response. Mal was being stupid.

It does mean her 'nicer' spell might have something to do with why she's comatose from a stab wound. We might need to see that spell.

Take what you want and if you can't have it? Break it. ...I should probably tell you now that I am not like the others. I don't have magic or anything. So unless you need like your laptop fixed I am not sure how I am going to pay.

Going to Auradon changed us. Evie designs clothes, Jay is a sports hero, and Mal just got made a Lady of the Court. I'm just happy to be away from my mother.

You're welcome to it. Fine, Mal is still one of my first friends and I can't just let her sleep forever even if she is being stupid.
