He'd sat there and watched the entire thing unfold. It wasn't known by too many, especially the others. He was pretty sure the ..shadowhunters didn't know but Raphael had mentioned it briefly. Simon knew that he was affected more than he was letting on by what Simon read on the network. He had only just woke up an hour or so prior and took a shower to come back and find this to start either of their days off. Simon even attempted to see if maybe something had been going on with Magnus, but no. He wasn't recognized either, it was so strange. He looked identical to the Magnus he knew, but he claimed not to be. He was with Alec though, wasn't he? It made no sense. He was rude, inconsiderate and nothing like the Magnus he knew - just wore the mans face. It had only made Simon's blood boil to see the way he'd treated his clan leader. Simon was still very much a fledgling, and very much incapable of holding back from his emotions. Especially with all the human blood they..he was consuming. He wasn't aware it was too much, that there were reasons to slow down but hopefully sleeping would help with that. However it didn't help with the anger that the warlock had caused inside of him. Simon had ended up punching a hole into his wall and breaking one of his dresser drawers. Something he'd have to replace, knowing Raphael might not approve but it was better than finding the warlock and ripping him to shreds. Something he knew he still wanted to do right now, or anyone else that got in his way. Anyone except Raphael. The elder vampire had too much pride to admit that he was hurting, that he wasn't just an ice cold, intolerant, and strict trainer. Raphael still had a soul, and he was still..in a sense a human. Just as they had feelings, and emotions so did the vampires for the most part. Once he'd thrown on clothes for the night he'd walked across the hall and right to Raphael's door. He'd already told the other he was coming in. He'd give a light warning knock and then turn the knob to enter and see how he was. He knew it wouldn't be easy to talk to him about this, but he wasn't about to let someone who was always there for him, be alone at a time like this. |
