summary: It was supposed to be a normal mission. Get the Muggleborns across the field to the coast where their French associates were to pick them up and get them into safety. Too bad they were ratted out and suddenly have to face not only the Snatchers but Alecto Carrow as well!

( Fog was weaving over from the sea not far away and each breath – each heartbeat – seemed to echo loudly in the profound silence. Oliver tensed up. The silence was too profound. There were no birds. No animals. No nothing but a sense of wrongness. )

Summary: Just when Alicia and Oliver think they get a respite, Oliver's mother suffers from a nervous breakdown and Oliver is appointed his nephew Angus' guardian. Relying on Alicia, Oliver convinces her to accompany him to visit his parents and pick up Angus.
