Guess I'm really not the new one around here anymore, huh?

Okay. I've got a serious question here. So, I have these two friends from home who are both here with me. Back home, they're both married with a kid. I get here, and they've got no idea what the hell I'm talking about, and I look like a crazy person.

Is this normal for around here?

I have had some pretty weird things happen to me, but this is probably by far one of the weirdest so far.
