i am running out to do some errands soon but i thought it was a good idea to get this up and get some lines before i apply later tonight or early tomorrow. i wrote what seemed like a whole freaking novel for her so i'm going to do my best to sum it all up here so you don't get too bored and want to kill me.
this lovely lady with the face of jenna coleman is kristina 'krissy' pace. she was born in chicago, il and was there until she was nine. one morning her mom woke her up and told her that they were going to visit her grandparents in boston and krissy didn't think anything of it. it wasn't until they were there that her mom told her that her and her dad were taking a break. krissy didn't know at the time that meant divorce but she got used to her new life in boston. when you first meet krissy she's quiet and she likes to take in the details of someone before she is outgoing but she works on that constantly. when she was thirteen years old she started having migraine headaches and depression issues when she found out that her father was remarried and that she had a half-sister. at first her mom was skeptical that it was just that but quickly realized her daughter was in some serious pain. she got into therapy and was diagnosed with medications that she hates taking but she does it anyway when it's bad. she also started dancing super young and she did that a lot through all of this time and had dreams of dancing in one of the ballet companies in new york. so she applied to julliard and got in and that's when her mom surprised her by telling her that she was going back to get her master's in nursing and that she was waiting for krissy to finish high school. her dad showed up at her high school graduation sans new family and krissy shunned him for basically being an asshole. she lived in new york and lived and breathed the dance world and ice became her best friend while she was there. beginning of her sophomore year she tore her mcl and acl at the same time and realized dancing wasn't going to be sustainable so she applied for nursing school because she loves to help people. she's basically your friend who is the best shoulder to cry on or give you advice but she is the worst at taking it for herself. she applied to ucla and got her bsn in nursing and worked at cedar-sanai until she wanted to be closer to her mom and she applied for a job at the same hospital, ucsf, and she's been in san fran since 2013. she's a lover of fantasy and romance books, ballet and theatre, quiet nights in with netflix, volunteering to help people and trying to not be hard on herself or thinking everyone else is better than her.
oh and yeah she's also kitty pryde. i probably should have mentioned that before. so tl;dr: krissy is a 32 year old er nurse who works at uscf. she's originally from chicago, then boston, then new york, then los angeles, now san fran. she's a former dancer who enjoys reading, watching tv & movies, volunteering and is the best shoulder to cry on. she's got self-esteem issues and relationship problems thanks to issues with her dad which stem back a long time.
i'd love lines with all of you! i have a need for friends, exes of either gender, roommate(s), a date for her subscription to the ballet, former patients, people she knows from anywhere she's lived (if you'd like to know specific dates on when she lived where i have a timeline in my screened post. i'm searching for a half-sister that she hasn't met yet but would love to play that out. she'd be 21 years old and pb and cv would be up to you! she has lines with emigre (cousin through krissy's mom & nora's dad), drains (co-worker and bestie), ladypool (close friend from new york days), jetboots (recent ex). if she could have connections through any of those let me know too. i'm super ooc friendly so feel free to hit me up here or in my screened post and we can work something out! have a great weekend!
