Aiden nodded. He had a tendency to just drink because it was something alcoholic rather than because it was something he truly wanted to enjoy. He hoped that eventually Sophia might teach him something about wine so he viewed it the way she did, something to be savoured and spend money on, a taste to be cultivated.
"I'm still getting used to being full-time, and not having a car anymore." He said, stretching his legs out in front of him. "I hardly get to see James anymore apart from on the weekends. At least things should be easier for you and Jessica if you have kids. That's the joy of running your own business."
He paused then, fiddling with the stem of his wine glass and resisting the urge to drink it quickly. "Danny came round the other day. He wants to try for joint custody."
