Also, the Werewolf plot happens tonight, 7pm EST so drop by the chat if you can for some fun real time action plot. If you can't make it, nbd, there'll be a summary of what went down posted later in the ooc for future plotting!

Additionally, keep in mind that the Super-Flu plot ends this Wednesday on the 17th!

After that everyone gets a few days off before the gifting plot begins:

July 23-31st
The Gifting Plot

Any time during this period (so, no backdating is accepted!) your character can receive a really great gift! It can be something bigger that you might not be able to get as gifts in partner threads i.e.: The TARDIS for the Doctor, or a specific room or portion of a building (that will, miraculously, fit inside your characters’ house or apartment with no problem at all with some House of Leaves and Doctor Who style bigger on the inside magic) or pretty much anything else you can think of (barring npcs, and with mod approval!). Gifts to not have to be something your character has had previously!

BUT, if your character gets a great gift, they also have to get a bad gift! These will vary by person based on canon, of course, but some examples might include: a bad memory they tried covering up, an item that reminds them of something bad that was done to them, or that they used to do something to someone else with, etc.

For a more specific example -- Tony Stark will be getting the entirety of his work labs (that will fit into the storefront building that he currently uses as a workshop, but will now span several floors, even if it doesn't look like it from the outside). That's his good gift. As a bad gift, he will be receiving the arc reactor. Or, more accurately, will wake up to it being in his chest again.

IF YOU PLAN ON PARTICIPATING IN THIS PLOT YOU MUST COMMENT IN THIS THREAD WITH WHAT YOUR CHARACTERS ARE GETTING, MOD APPROVAL IS NEEDED.

Gifting Plot Goodness/Badness

Starkiller/Galen will get a banner with his families crest on it. It's the Rebel Alliance symbol.

When he touches it, he will have a Force vision learning of his families fate at the hand of Darth Vader and his true name. Yay good!
After that, he will have another Force vision where he is betrayed for a second time by Vader and learning he was always a tool of the Emperor. Like this. Yay bad!

Galen will be very mentally messed with.

Will update with Nyx and Pyro if I got something.

St. John "Pyro" Allerdyce is getting his villain suit. Flamethrower tanks and all. Yay good! (Kinda?)
He is also getting a care package from the Senator Kelly Campaign staff. Stickers, shirts, buttons, and his front yard will be a big Senator Kelly for President advertisement.

All and all, Good/Bad/Bad. Fun had by all, minus Pyro.

	Nyx Ulric is getting his small apartment from Insomnia. It's going to occupy his entire bedroom. It's coming furnished with everything that was in that. Yay good! Also coming with his stuff, is the box of Crowe's stuff and her death certificate, to dredge up his shortcomings and losing someone very important to him. Yay bad! Will update with NO ONE! 	That would be great! Because basically the thing he'd want the most would be his light saber which he has along with Artoo. I know having his ship is out of the question but was my only other thought. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

His x-wing is relatively small, comparatively!
There's most definitely no room for something like the Falcon, but the X-Wing would be fine, if that's what you wanted for him. Mind it can't really fly while in town, but if he made a friend of someone who can shrink things down to size, he could most certainly go cruising through the doors. :)

In terms of bad, I am a little less good at this. I don't think anything Vader related would really do it for Luke at this point, since he's come to terms with and fixed this situation as best he could. (he is from after Jedi, right?)

Maybe a power converter from Tosche Station shows up. RIP Uncle Owen and Aunt Beru, the most smoldering of skeletons. >_>

Got it figured out!

Luke will be getting his Jedi Master Robes although they will be clean and he won't be in them as seen from The Force Awakens. Good because he'll know that he did complete his training and become a Master.

His bad thing will be that ugly brown poncho from Star Wars ~~A New Hope which I refuse to call it~~ and I'm going to head canon that Aunt Beru made it. So that's the sad thing.

Alright, here's my life so far:

Tony's getting what was mentioned above. Rough times.

Sirius Black will be getting a (good) record player/speaker system with a wide collection of records. It's gonna be groovy. And will hopefully drown out the sound of (bad) his mother's portrait screaming angry, evil things at him.

Clint will be getting his (good) loft apartment, which will conveniently fit in the upstairs of his house. With that comes his very best couch, all his extra bows and arrows, electronics and Dog Cops on DVD!!! And then, (bad) to remind him of how much of a trash human he is at all things not arrows, he's going to be getting his finalized divorce papers.

Loki will be receiving The Stones of Norn . As a bad, he'll get Ikol, the Magpie. The bird is technically the old version of Loki, before he was reborn. Evil Magpie is Evil, even though he's technically part of Loki already now. Guilt trips, okay.

Still thinking about everyone else!

Klaus: Will get a four month chip for his continued sobriety for the good, and just enough ecstasy to do himself in for the bad.

Tony: Will get his rooftop hot tub added to his home for the good and for the bad he'll get his cracked helmet from the time fog - is it a threat that whatever fight he'd gotten into is still going to happen? Is this his future? He thought he had beaten it after they'd dealt with the timefog?! Is he gonna die? It's gonna be a whole crisis.

Thor: GOOD: Mjolnir. He won't think it's good. In fact, he won't even try to touch it. But it is good, and hopefully he will get to a point where he will try to pick it up.
BAD: His world's Loki's helmet.

Bucky: GOOD:His identification dog tags from when he was in the army.
BAD: The red notebook with the star on it that had all the horrible details of the experiments done on him as the Winter Soldier.

Remus: GOOD: A dozen vials of wolfsbane potion.
BAD: A baby blanket with HJP embroidered in it.

Gwen: GOOD: Her smartphone from home. It can't load anything or make calls, but she can view photos and play music on it.
BAD: The scrapbook Aunt May has of Peter and his love for Spider-Woman.

Steve is getting his motorbike! Aaaaaaaaaaaand a photograph of Tony, Pepper and Morgan.

Bill is getting a trunk full of potions ingredients and Fred Weasley's obituary.

Gamora's bedroom will be replaced with her and Quill's bedroom from the ship complete with all the sounds a ship makes when it's flying! Thanos' dagger is under her pillow.

Claire is getting a bottle of 1949 Domaine Leroy Richebourg Grand Cru Burgandy Red Wine. Ooops, surprise, she's also getting the flu.

Hmm Leia's gifts.

Good: Her bedroom will become her room from Aldera palace - complete with a view of Appenza Peak. Can the other rooms (living, kitchen, etc) become sort of Alderaan styled to fit in? But not as fancy obviously?

Bad: I think there's gonna be some 'Leia for First Senator' posters from her future, they'll be plastered to the side of her home, and can't be torn down - one of them will be normal, the others been defaced by graffiti with traitor, and 'Liar' and Darth Vader's Helmet - if she touches them she'll get a Force visions of her parentage being revealed to the New Republic Senate her political disgrace etc. SAD. Okay back for my other three

Barbara: Her bedroom from the apartment she shared with Frankie for the good and for the bad the love letters that her brother received while in prison as a reminder of where she is still needed and what he's still capable of.

Nebula: The folded football she and Tony used in their first game for the good, and the stasis tech used by Thanos when torturing her for the bad.

Kitty: One of the lab/medical spaces from the Mansion for the good. And for the bad one of her wedding invitations to Piotr sent to everyone in town. Talk about embarrassing.

Alright, for the rest of my kids:

Ben Hargreeves: Good - a kindle loaded with a wide variety of books. Bad - The Hargreeves Family Portrait. That he isn't in.

John Constantine: Good -- a pack of cigarettes that never seems to run out. Bad -- His very first magic trick; the box he put his innocence in and buried.

Peter Quill: Good - An Ipod filled with music spanning the 70s - 90s. Bad -- A perfect copy of one of his blasters. That only shoots bubbles.
